Refund Policy

We are committed to delivering exceptional value and service to all our users. If you're not fully satisfied with your subscription or encounter technical issues, you may be eligible for a refund, subject to the conditions outlined below. Refunds can be requested within 14 days of the original transaction date. After this period, refunds may not be issued unless required by law.

Refund Method

Once approved, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days, and it will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund if:

• You cancel your subscription within the first 14 days.
• You were charged incorrectly or faced technical issues preventing usage.
• You have not violated any part of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are generally not provided for:

• Services consumed in full or beyond the trial/usage limits.
• Promotional or discounted plans unless otherwise stated.
• Violations of our fair use or abuse prevention policies.
